How to play?

Step1: Start with the tutorial mode. Do not skip it, because the game's core loop depends on understanding the beat meter at the bottom of your screen. Practice moving with the left stick and aiming with the right stick until you stop looking at your hands.

Step2: Familiarize yourself with the three audio cues: a low kick drum signals a ground enemy spawn, a snare roll warns of aerial units, and a high-pitched synth sting marks an incoming boss attack. Memorize these; reacting to sight alone will get you killed.

Step3: Before firing, listen to the baseline. Your shots only deal full damage when you press the fire button exactly on the beat. Spamming fire works temporarily but reduces your energy gauge. Tap fire in rhythm with the music to build a combo multiplier that doubles after ten consecutive beat-hits.
